While we support many local causes, one organization especially close to our hearts is the Texas Girls & Boys Ranch in Lubbock, Texas—a ministry that provides hope, healing, and a loving home environment for children in need. It's a place where faith, family, and restoration come together, and we're proud to stand behind their mission.

MEET THE FOUNDERS
Bob and Donna Bybee are the husband-and-wife team behind WesTexas Hay Exchange. Bob, a Pampa native born in 1944, has spent decades building businesses across Texas, from advertising and retail to insurance and software, before finding his true calling in agriculture. After retiring in 2004, he began selling hay and has since built a trusted wholesale operation serving customers across the United States.
Donna, creative at heart, has supported Bob every step of the way. She loves crafting, connecting with customers, and bringing a personal touch to the business. Together, they’ve built WesTexas Hay Exchange on faith, family, and a deep respect for the people they serve.
